As a CommEx Solutiona Manager you will be responsible of conduct statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives. You will Develop territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan, Maintaining on-line sales, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems. You will work from Barcelona for the Iberian region. A typical day will include:
• Analysis and Insights for incentives & business needs
• CommEx tool and process expert
• Adoption driver on CommEx tools and processes
• Support Incentives process locally
• Supports Cluster / Country Head in providing Insights & Recommendations
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelor's Degree
Ideally years’ of experience in a similar role
Advanced Analytics & Incentives capabilities, knowledge in Excel or other analytical tools
Proficient in CommEx tools (i.e. SFDC, Reports & dashboards)
Fluent in English, written and spoken
High learning agility and Self-motivation, adaptability skills
