Key Account Manager BeNeLux HC & Retail

To reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Key Account Manager BeNeLux HC & Retail.

Mission and Key Tasks

The purpose of the KAM position is to manage the strategic development of the BeNeLux region in the Retail channel and the Healthcare B2B2C channel. 

Retail:

Creating and implementing a well-defined strategy, as well as managing a portfolio of customers within this region.


Healthcare Self-Pay (B2B2C):

Developing a winning long-term sales strategy for the assigned customers by executing detailed customer & market assessments, identifying opportunities for growth and strengthening our market position. Your expertise will be vital in exploring new partnerships and expanding into "white space" areas.

The KAM will be in charge of:
Create strategy and goals for the customers in scope
Develop, implement, and monitor key account plans aligned with the overall strategy for the business unit and group
Managing all aspects of the commercial negotiations, sales development and customer interface
Meeting customers regularly, preparing (materials for) customer meetings and communicating/following up next steps/actions in a structured way
Deliver the sales and margin targets set by the annual budget
Aligning forecasting and forecast accuracy, in close collaboration with the demand manager
Analyzing sales and market data and using it effectively to develop (new) business 
Managing market intelligence through store visits on a regular basis and communicate in a timely manner internally
Completion of customer specific documentation
Management of key projects and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner

Background and Experience

Minimum bachelor’s degree; master’s degree is an advantage Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a B2B environment PC literate; advanced Excel skills Experience of dealing with customers at all organizational levels Experience in the private label market or related fields is an advantage Proven negotiator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills Analytical ability to interpret data and think logically and strategically Hands on attitude Language: fluent Dutch and English. French is a plus
