Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Experience Expert to join our Experience Revolution Area of Home & Protection tribe.
In Home and Protection tribe we help customers reach their dreams of becoming homeowners every day. As member of the H&P Tribe you will meet customer needs to understand their goals and recommend plans that best fit in their situation to guide them through our mortgage application process.
We are looking for a Customer Experience Expert capable of translating business needs into delivery requirements by working in the squads through the whole product lifecycle and acting as a bridge between business & IT.
The scope is to build a new mortgage workflow to reduce lead to cash timing and costs , mainly in agencies and operations. Execute a deep digital transformation to reduce T2M, retain existing customers and increase both, conversion rate and gross incomes .
Finally, you’ll be part of the business area trying to improve the craftmanship of CJE’s boosting the big priorities of the organization and, most importantly, having fun
Your key responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Expert, you will:
Provide the best user experience by designing, mapping and constantly improving the campaign process in terms of performance and efficiency. Leveraging on the understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, presenting them effective solutions based on market landscape and customer point of view. Comprehend, define, select, and analyze data to garner insights that enhance the decision-making process . Translate ambiguous environment to meaningful indicators and provide the capacity for driving powerful business insights faster. Product and service management to develop, launch and maintain an attractive and compliant value proposition in the ecosystem, providing the best user satisfaction. Being the “Business Guardian” of your product/service working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies. Responsible for guaranteeing bank revenue and benefit-cost balance, presenting business cases with benefit tracking after the implementation. Commercial acumen to ensure accomplishment of business results. Enhance the user satisfaction by offering a positive experience analyzing and identifying new paths and capabilities. Improve the engagement by offering solution for every channel and, at the same time, leverage the digital experience. Translate business needs into requirements for the action. Prioritize initiatives in short cycles, based on value delivery for our customers, defining an initial MVP to be improved with the feedback gathered. Strive for efficiency, reducing complexity in our definitions and pursuing innovative solutions always following the guidelines from ING Agile Way of Working. Manage dependencies, non-financial risk issues and impediments. Slice Epic into Features and Features into user stories that suppose an increase in value for your product and for the customer. Write User Stories being sure that they follow the INVEST model principles. Ensure the quality in the production uploads.What are we looking for?

Buscamos un Experto en Experiencia de Cliente con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestra Área Experience Revolution de la tribu Hogar y Protección.
En la tribu de Hogar y Protección ayudamos a los clientes a alcanzar sus sueños de convertirse en propietarios de una vivienda cada día. Como miembro de la tribu H&P, atenderás las necesidades de los clientes para comprender sus objetivos y recomendarles los planes que mejor se adapten a su situación para guiarles a través de nuestro proceso de solicitud de hipotecas.
Buscamos un experto en experiencia del cliente capaz de traducir las necesidades empresariales en requisitos de entrega trabajando en los equipos durante todo el ciclo de vida del producto y actuando como puente entre la empresa y TI.
El objetivo es crear un nuevo flujo de trabajo hipotecario para reducir los plazos y los costes, principalmente en agencias y operaciones. Ejecutar una profunda transformación digital para reducir el T2M, retener a los clientes existentes y aumentar tanto la tasa de conversión como los ingresos brutos.
Por último, formarás parte del área de negocio intentando mejorar la artesanía de los CJE impulsando las grandes prioridades de la organización y, lo más importante, divertirte
Tus responsabilidades clave:
Como Experto en Experiencia del Cliente, deberás:
- Proporcionar la mejor experiencia de usuario diseñando, mapeando y mejorando constantemente el proceso de campaña en términos de rendimiento y eficiencia. Aprovechar la comprensión de las necesidades de los clientes y las partes interesadas, presentándoles soluciones eficaces basadas en el panorama del mercado y el punto de vista del cliente.
- Comprender, definir, seleccionar y analizar datos para obtener perspectivas que mejoren el proceso de toma de decisiones. Traducir un entorno ambiguo en indicadores significativos y proporcionar la capacidad de impulsar con mayor rapidez ideas empresariales potentes.
- Gestión de productos y servicios para desarrollar, lanzar y mantener una propuesta de valor atractiva y conforme en el ecosistema, proporcionando la mejor satisfacción al usuario. Ser el «Business Guardian» de su producto/servicio trabajando con las partes interesadas de Riesgo, Cumplimiento y Legal, para asegurar que nuestros productos y servicios cumplen con la regulación y las políticas. Responsable de garantizar los ingresos bancarios y el equilibrio beneficio-coste, presentando casos de negocio con seguimiento de los beneficios tras la implantación. Perspicacia comercial para garantizar la consecución de los resultados empresariales.
- Mejorar la satisfacción del usuario ofreciendo una experiencia positiva analizando e identificando nuevas vías y capacidades. Mejorar el compromiso ofreciendo soluciones para todos los canales y, al mismo tiempo, aprovechar la experiencia digital.
- Traducir las necesidades empresariales en requisitos para la acción. Priorizar las iniciativas en ciclos cortos, basándose en la entrega de valor para nuestros clientes, definiendo un MVP inicial que se mejorará con el feedback recogido. Buscar la eficiencia, reduciendo la complejidad en nuestras definiciones y buscando soluciones innovadoras siguiendo siempre las directrices de ING Agile Way of Working. Gestionar dependencias, problemas de riesgo no financiero e impedimentos. Cortar la Épica en Características y las Características en Historias de Usuario que supongan un incremento de valor para tu producto y para el cliente. Escribir Historias de Usuario asegurándose de que siguen los principios del modelo INVEST. Asegurar la calidad en las subidas a producción.

Máster o licenciatura con un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia.
