Key responsibilities in the role:

Responsible for your team's results:

 Sales Reporting, Forecast and Analysis:

  • Generate regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Recruitment-process

If there is a match from the get-go, things can move really fast.The process usually includes these steps:

1) Asynchronous Video Interview.

2) Online Assesment Test.

3) In-depth interview with Carlos, and maybe: Amanda (Global Head of Sales and COO), Ali (LATAM Sales Manager), Julia (Marketing Manager Spain & LATAM), Marta (Sales Manager Italy), Marc (Spain Sales Manager), or others - 45 minutes.

4) Business Case + Informal chat with part of the Sales team - 1 hour.
