En CEPSA Química (CQ) buscamos una persona proactiva y organizada, que esté acostumbrada al trabajo en equipo, y con fuertes valores de seguridad, compromiso y responsabilidad. La misión del puesto será coordinar y/o asesorar al negocio en el ámbito nacional e internacional, actuando en calidad de business partner enclavado en el área de Legal y Aseguramiento de CQ. Para ello, deberá:

Colaborar en el desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia y procedimientos de la función legal e identificar y gestionar los principales riesgos legales. Coordinar los asuntos legales, prestando asesoramiento legal, redactando y revisando contratos, coordinando la gestión de distintos asuntos legales y garantizando el cumplimiento de leyes y regulaciones. Implementación y asistencia en elaboración de procedimientos, modelos de contratos y cláusulas contractuales, controles y sistemas necesarios para realizar la contratación de bienes y servicios. Asesorar al negocio, actuando en calidad de business partner en todos los asuntos jurídicos-legales que deriven en la articulación de pactos y contratos y de bienes y servicios en general, promoviendo activamente la definición de los procedimientos que garanticen la actividad de la química y minimicen el riesgo legal asociado a la relación comercial. Asesoramiento o coordinación del asesoramiento legal, redacción y asistencia en la negociación en todas las cuestiones relacionadas con contratación de bienes y servicios en general. Incluye revisión y realización de todo tipo de contratos y clausulados en materia corporativa, ingeniería, comercial, compras incluyendo materias primas y la compraventa y suministros de productos químicos, así como la contratación de transporte de mercancías por carretera y marítimo y contratación en general. Ámbito nacional e internacional. Participar en negociaciones junto con el negocio y otros stakeholders y en la instrumentación jurídica de los acuerdos a alcanzar, minimizando los supuestos riesgos legales en las contrataciones. Supervisar, coordinar y dar soporte – con apoyo externo o internamente- en todo tipo de materias que puedan surgir en el marco de sus funciones (mercantil, civil, financiero, medio ambiental, propiedad intelectual e industrial, pre-contencioso, litigios o arbitrajes, administrativo y medioambiente o competencia ...). Coordinar el soporte jurídico de las regiones donde desarrolla su actividad CQ y en aquellos proyectos en los que sea necesaria su participación.

Qué estamos buscando:

Licenciatura en derecho. Se valorará conocimientos en el ámbito financiero o estudios relacionados con administración y dirección de empresas. Nivel muy alto de inglés (C1) y se primará conocimiento de francés (+B2). Experiencia de al menos 10 años, tanto en ámbito nacional como internacional, en asesorías jurídicas de empresas o en el área mercantil de un despacho. Se valora experiencia en negocios regulados e implementación regulatoria. Alto nivel de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y en organización transversal y/o multidisciplinar. Visión integrada con un nivel de interlocución alto.
