En nuestras oficinas de Viladecavalls, estamos buscando un/a Trainee para reforzar al equipo de Talent Development & Learning Corporativo. La persona dará soporte a diferentes proyectos a nivel internacional, especialmente en el ámbito de la formación, con contacto directo con los equipos de Recursos Humanos de nuestras filiales a nivel mundial.

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES

Formación

  • Soporte en la propuesta de soluciones a necesidades formativas.
  • Gestión de actividades formativas: realización de las convocatorias, lanzamiento de las formaciones a través del sistema LMS, alta de cursos y usuarios y seguimiento del cumplimiento de la formación.
  • Participación en el seguimiento de las plataformas online de formación.

Programas de Talento

  • Apoyo en la preparación de materiales (guías, presentaciones, encuestas…)
  • Soporte logístico en la implementación de programas de talento

Reporting

  • Recogida de feedback de acciones formativas
  • Elaboración de informes básicos y dashboards de seguimiento

Comunicación interna

  • Colaboración en campañas para fomentar la cultura de la compañía

QUÉ BUSCAMOS

  • Formación en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Pedagogía o carreras afines.
  • Inglés avanzado hablado y escrito.
  • Manejo fluido del paquete office: Excel y Powerpoint.
  • Interés por la tecnología y la mejora continua.
  • Persona colaborativa, con buenas dotes comunicativas, proactiva, multitasking, y sobre todo, con muchas ganas de aprender
  • Disponibilidad: 20 horas semanales.
