Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Madrid. The Corporate Development Strategy Senior Manager will lead strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and support high-impact projects such as mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and market entry strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis, developing financial models, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive corporate strategy and decision-making. The role also involves managing strategic planning processes, assessing market trends, and working across teams to align operational goals with long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis skills
  • Expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and data interpretation
  • Project management and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software
  • Proven experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
