Currently we are looking for a
HR Trainee, to support Caribbean & Indian Ocean region,
in our office in
Madrid, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St-Martin and St. Barthélemy)
- Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives
- Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions
- Preparation of job descriptions and recruitment support
- Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Signing an agreement with a university/school (mandatory).
- Fluent in both English and French (mandatory).
- Ideally a first experience in HR, strong organizational and multi tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
