Prácticas - Recursos Humanos (HR Intern) | Hispano Lusitana de Aviación
En HLA estamos en una etapa de crecimiento y buscamos un/a estudiante en prácticas para el departamento de Recursos Humanos. Te incorporarás al día a día del equipo para apoyar en procesos clave de People/HR, con aprendizaje práctico y exposición real a un entorno operativo dentro del sector de la aviación, en un ambiente multicultural, dinámico y en constante movimiento.
Responsabilidades
- Selección: criba de CV y coordinación de entrevistas.
- Altas y onboarding: gestión de documentación, coordinación de incorporaciones y seguimiento de expedientes.
- Gestión del día a día de empleados: vacaciones, ausencias y registro horario.
- Nóminas: apoyo en la recopilación y control de incidencias para nómina.
- Prevención de riesgos: apoyo en reconocimientos médicos, control y envío de EPIs y seguimiento documental de riesgos.
- Viajes y dietas: soporte en organización de desplazamientos, alojamientos y control básico de dietas/gastos de los empleados.
Requisitos
- Estar cursando estudios relacionados (RRLL/RRHH, Psicología, ADE, People Analytics o similar).
- Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con universidad/centro.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada a aprender.
Valorable
- Interés por el sector aeronáutico y entornos multinacionales.
- Buen nivel de inglés.
