You main mission and purpose will be give support on many activities such as personnel administration, recruiting, training, onboarding, reporting, health & safety, ad-hoc projects… This is a cross position that will help with various tasks as required.

Main activities and Tasks:

  • Management of the working hours internal tool, administrating the platform, producing monthly reports to Management.
  • Generate vacation reports, employee attendance and ad-hoc reports.
  • Support in training needs, reports, attendance follow-up, mandatory training appointments and reports.
  • Recruiting and management of the internal selection processes.
  • Onboarding process, ensuring a positive employee experience during onboardings and pre-onboardings.
  • Support in health & safety activities and hygiene at work (schedule medical examinations, prevention of occupational hazards, as well as guaranteed compliance with related legal requirements).
  • Support in personnel administration: registration of new employees, documents digitalization, information follow-up and database update.
  • Follow-up of collaboration agreements with universities and study centers.
  • Trainees´ management.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with university/business school.
  • Currently a student in a Degree or a Master in Human Resources, Psychology, Employee Relations, Law, Business Management or similar.
  • Previous experience of 6 months in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Advance level in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas). A test will be done during the recruitment process.
  • Advanced English level.
