Actualmente, buscamos incorporar un/a HR Consultant Trainee para dar apoyo al equipo de consultoría de Madrid.

TU PAPEL EN EL EQUIPO.

Apoyo en la gestión de algunas fases de los procesos de selección:

  • Publicación de ofertas.
  • Búsqueda activa de candidatos/as en múltiples plataformas.
  • Análisis del pull de candidaturas del ATS propio de la firma.
  • Redacción de informes.
  • Soporte en la evaluación de candidaturas y coordinación de entrevistas

LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN TI.

  • Licenciatura/Grado en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE o similar.
  • Imprescindible nivel C1 de inglés y castellano nativo.
