At Hays we're looking for a technically strong and strategically minded professional to
Business Manager
initiatives in a collaborative, international environment.

What you will do:

  • Define and implement the commercial strategy for business unit.
  • Grow existing accounts.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with decision-makers.
  • Manage P&L: monitor revenue, margin, and overall profitability.
  • Track performance through KPIs and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, partners.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Engineering.
  • Experience:
    At least 3 years within the same company in roles Business Oriented related to commercial operations and market strategy.
  • Finance knowledge:
    Oversight of revenue, margin, and overall profitability.
  • Experience in purchasing.
  • High level in English
