Freelance Position

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Position Summary

We are looking for a
New Business Manager
with strong commercial instincts and a proven background in production and post-production. This role will lead business development and client engagement for our Barcelona Commercials team, acting as a key connector between creative, technical and commercial departments. It is a central position in driving growth and strengthening our presence in the advertising and content production market.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the film, TV, advertising and streaming sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, agencies, studios and content owners.
  • Represent Deluxe Spain at industry events, screenings, and networking opportunities to showcase our capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, budgets and pitches for clients.
  • Provide strategic insight on market trends, pricing considerations and client retention strategies.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Deluxe global teams to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Deluxe's full service offering to effectively position solutions to clients.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in film, television or advertising production and/or post-production.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development or client management within the audiovisual industry.
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, technical deliverables and creative processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
