We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a **New Business Sales Manager**, based in Barcelona.
**Responsibilities**:
As a New Business Manager at Smadex, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will leverage your expertise in sales, Programmatic digital advertising, and market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships with clients to achieve mutual success.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to uncover potential areas for business growth.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our digital advertising solutions and value propositions.
- Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet their objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong client relationships during the first 6 months of the partnership
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, industry insights, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
- Analyze platform sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, Ad operation teams, and account management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues to share insights, updates, and best practices, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and digital advertising.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Barcelona, Spain.
Experiences considered a plus:
- Experience with VAS, Awareness, or Direct Response Campaigns.
- Experience in Programmatic advertising.
- Experience using Salesforce ( or other CRMs ).
- Industry connections.
- Fluent in Spanish, German, French or Arabic, etc
- Strong presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset.
- Analytical and technical skills.
