ROLE SUMMARY:

Inspired Education is looking for an Administration Officer to be based in Barcelona and who will play a key role in supporting the smooth daily operation of the school, ensuring the accuracy of key data systems, and assisting in the coordination of extracurricular activities. The position provides an exciting opportunity to work with digital platforms for communication and data management, with potential for professional growth into a more senior data or systems management role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate student, staff, and academic data across various systems and databases.
  • Support the creation of reports, timetables, and calendars for school leadership and teaching teams.
  • Provide excellent front-desk service to parents, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist in coordinating extracurricular activities and school events.
  • Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with different departments to meet data and administrative needs.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new administrative or data management tools.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data visualization.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to a variety of administrative situations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
