As
Revenue Administrator
your challenge is to support Sensorfact's Sales, Onboarding and Finance teams to ensure deals are logged properly, supplier forms are populated accurately, and the CRM system is up-to-date. You are the lifeline for the entire organization to ensure they can work effectively and have their full focus on their day-to-day responsibilities. You play an essential role in answering any questions the rest of the organization might have and ensuring high quality data in our CRM system. You will work closely together with a team of Revenue Operations Specialists responsible for enabling and supporting the rest of the organization.

What you will do:

  • Reviewing and adjusting closed deals logged in our CRM system, Hubspot, to safeguard accuracy and completeness
  • Safeguarding the data quality in Hubspot at company and contact level (e.g., filtering out duplicate companies, linking companies to the same enterprise, …)
  • Supporting the Sales team on administrative tasks such as filling out supplier forms
  • Monitoring the incoming requests and distributing them among the team and rest of the organization accordingly
  • Processing ad-hoc administrative requests in Hubspot (e.g., split deals across propositions, …)

  • You are eager to learn, coachable and a team player;
  • Knowledge and experience of Excel and our CRM system Hubspot are a big plus.
