IT Support Administrator
to support their growing workforce and deliver smooth, reliable technology onboarding for new joiners and external partners.
You'll play a key role in high-volume account setup and data processing, ensuring new users are ready to go from day one while maintaining accuracy, quality and speed.
Experience needed:
- Proven experience in high-volume data entry environments
- Background in large-scale onboarding/account provisioning (hundreds or thousands weekly)
- Demonstrated accuracy and speed with measurable results
Experience creating user accounts in tools such as:
- Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf etc
- Strong attention to detail & handling sensitive information securely
- Experience supporting internal teams or BPO environments
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Ability to follow structured processes, SLAs, runbooks & workflows
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
