Originally founded as Spain Startup, we lead initiatives to support entrepreneurship, create business opportunities, and cultivate talent and innovation.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive-Global Partnerships, based in Madrid. The Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with global partners, identify new business opportunities, and oversee the execution of partnership agreements. Responsibilities will also include managing communication strategies, collaborating across departments to deliver value to partners, and driving revenue growth through innovative partnership models. The role requires a proactive approach to both client engagement and business development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, partnership management, and client relationship building
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and revenue generation skills
- Experience in communication strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of global markets and cross-cultural business practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional language skills are a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
