About the Role

We are partnering with a
global leader in the packaging industry
, part of a major American multinational, to appoint a
Global Key Account Director
responsible for driving strategic relationships with the world's largest FMCG and Food companies.

This role is pivotal in shaping the company's commercial strategy with its most important global clients, ensuring alignment across markets and delivering sustainable growth through innovation and partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand global key account partnerships with top-tier FMCG and Food clients.
  • Develop and execute global joint business plans focused on growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Build and strengthen senior-level relationships within client organizations to position the company as a strategic packaging partner.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver consistent value and service globally.
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities that drive innovation in packaging sustainability, design, and efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal leadership, providing insights on global FMCG trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in
    global or regional key account management
    within the
    FMCG, or Food industries
    . (Unilever, P&G, Henkel, L'Oreal)
  • Recent and direct exposure managing key relationships with large
    FMCG accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead across cultures, functions, and regions in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
