Years of research in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sector have consolidated us in the market with very advanced technology and products that are supported by numerous studies that demonstrate their effectiveness.
With a presence in more than 50 countries and in a constant process of expansion, we need to incorporate an International Sales Manager to the commercial department at its headquarters located in Madrid.
We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the commercial and marketing world with strategic business vision, analytical capacity and great interpersonal skills, to join a young, dynamic and innovative company.
Position Overview
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of our retail channel. You will focus to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the beauty industry, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
· Your main responsibility will be to strategically manage all commercial activity in the assigned countries. He will supervise the relationship with Partners (distributors) and lead the internalization and expansion of the company into new markets and product lines.
· Guaranteeing the successful implementation of sales strategies and meeting revenue objectives determined by the company.
· You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical services and marketing, to identify market opportunities, develop customized solutions and effectively address customer needs.
· You will also be expected to participate in long-term planning and contribute to the company's overall business strategy in other markets.
· Reporting in everything to the global commercial director.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or relevant field.
· Extensive experience (10 years) of experience as an international sales manager, proven in high-level companies in the commercial department and international business development. Ability to demonstrate in previous experiences your analytical capacity, strategic vision of the business, as well as the achievement of sales objectives.
· Experience working with distributors.
· Extensive demonstrated experience in creating solid relationships with clients and with all internal cross-functional functions related to other departments.
· Skills in negotiating commercial agreements and international business expansion.
· Great international experience with a clear international profile and midset (it is good to have lived abroad for a couple of years).
· Experience in budget management and good numerical skills.
· Availability to travel internationally occasionally (Ex: International Fairs).
· Ability to have a flexible work schedule.
· Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, project management skills and organizational skills are required. Other languages such as French, German, Chinese, among others, are highly valued.
· Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
· Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
· Very organized and methodical person. Communicative, with attitudes to work as a team but also autonomously. Strategic vision.
Other desirable requirements; Experience in "big pharma" industry, aesthetic medicine.
