Our approach combines modern operations, personalised service, and meticulous attention to detail. We are committed to operational excellence and building meaningful relationships with our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of our residential properties with care and professionalism
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants from leasing through to move-out
  • Build lasting relationships with residents to deliver outstanding service and foster trust
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
  • Monitor, escalate, and resolve operational issues in a timely, organised manner
  • Maintain accurate records, operational documentation, and internal systems
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the tenant experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree is required; a background in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field will be considered a plus.
  • Full professional fluency in
    English and Spanish

(written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural "people person" — relationship-building is key
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Comfortable using office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
