Academic Coordinator
who shares our passion for art, learning, and innovation. Someone who wants to help shape the experience of hundreds of students around the world.

Your Mission

As Academic Coordinator, you'll guide our international students throughout their learning journey, making sure they feel supported, understood, and inspired to grow.

You'll stay close to them, listen to their needs, and help us keep improving every day.


Full-time, permanent position


On-site in Barcelona (Poblenou)


Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and oversee the academic journey of students from enrollment to completion.
  • Provide personalized guidance and follow-up to ensure an exceptional learning experience.
  • Monitor engagement and satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize academic processes.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to keep evolving our educational model.

What You Bring

  • Native or C2-level English proficiency
    (mandatory).
  • Fluent in Spanish
    (spoken and written).
  • Experience in
    academic coordination, student support, or education management
    .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with
    Microsoft Office
    and
    Moodle
    (or similar LMS).
  • A proactive, empathetic, and people-centered mindset.
  • A genuine passion for creativity, art, and tattoo culture.
