Taphandles is a global leader in beverage-dispense marketing, specializing in custom beer towers, fonts, and tap handles. Our Barcelona operation assembles and ships products throughout Europe, supporting breweries of all sizes.

We are hiring an entry-level Operations Coordinator who is excited to begin a career in supply chain, logistics, and production operations. You do not need prior experience in these areas — we provide full training for all tasks. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and curious about how products move through a global supply chain, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production scheduling: Support Spain and China production teams by updating schedules, confirming capacity, and tracking assembly progress. Full training provided.
  • Purchasing & inventory coordination: Help ensure materials and components are available when needed. Assist with placing and tracking purchase orders. Full training provided.
  • Shipping & logistics execution: Coordinate shipments from China to Spain and within the EU. Monitor timelines and help ensure smooth customs and delivery. Full training provided.
  • Cross-functional communication: Work daily with Project Managers, Spain Operations, China Production, and Accounting to keep projects moving.
  • Data & systems: Maintain accurate logs of inventory, shipments, and production status across internal tools and spreadsheets. Training provided.
  • Issue identification: Flag potential delays or shortages early so teams can adjust.

About You

  • Early career — 0 to 2 years of experience. Recent graduates welcome.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable coordinating across teams and time zones.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new operational skills.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic tools (we train on everything else).
  • Professional English required; Spanish helpful but not required.

Compensation

  • Salary: €26,000 – €32,000, depending on experience.
