Join our customer team as
IT P2P Coordinator
and take ownership of the end-to-end
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
process within IT. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation in procurement operations. Our client is a Swiss multinational company in the industrial sector, a leader in its field.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the
    P2P process
    for IT, ensuring alignment with global purchasing policies.
  • Train, coach, and support the IT community on P2P best practices.
  • Manage PR creation, PO validation, goods receipt, and invoice follow-up.
  • Collaborate with budget owners, controllers, purchasing, and accounts payable to resolve issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as
    key user
    for P2P tools
  • Drive process improvements and maintain documentation.

  • Experience in
    P2P processes
    and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
