Sales Manager (Merchant Acquisition)
Project: Payment solutions for the high-risk business
A team building an international payment platform for the high-risk segment (gambling, betting, forex, binary options) is looking for a Sales Manager — an independent professional with experience in fintech and payment solution sales
What you'll do
Acquire and develop merchants (not just B2B, but actual merchant accounts);
Manage the client and partner database;
Upsell new products to existing clients;
Participate in international events, exhibitions, and conferences;
Maintain active communication (chat, e-mail, calls);
Prepare commercial offers and proposals;
Analyze the market, competitors, and new services;
Help build effective collaboration processes with new partners;
What's important
2+ years of experience in payment solutions and fintech;
Understanding of the high-risk market and its development trends;
Experience managing the full sales cycle — from negotiation to integration;
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Ability to build trust-based relationships and manage deals independently.
Work format
Remote — open to candidates worldwide.
Priority for those with experience working with clients from:
Asia (India, Japan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan);
Latin America (especially Argentina).
Conditions
