On-Site Sales Business Development
que quiera asumir un papel estratégico dentro del área comercial y de desarrollo de negocio en Iberia.
Tu misión
Impulsar el desarrollo de negocio On-Site, identificando y liderando nuevos proyectos industriales —especialmente plantas de generación de nitrógeno criogénico, PSA, membranas o plantas de hidrógeno (SMR y electrolizadores)— que contribuyan al crecimiento sostenible de la compañía.
Principales responsabilidades
- Detectar oportunidades de negocio y liderar la adquisición de proyectos On-Site.
- Analizar el mercado y la competencia, gestionando la información en CRM.
- Colaborar con el área de ingeniería en el diseño de soluciones técnicas adaptadas a cada cliente.
- Preparar presentaciones y propuestas comerciales de alto nivel.
- Formar y apoyar a los equipos de ventas en las distintas filiales del grupo.
- Definir y optimizar la estrategia de ventas del portfolio On-Site, garantizando resultados y mejora continua.
Perfil buscado
- Formación en
Ingeniería o similar
, con orientación al negocio y capacidad analítica. - Más de 3 años de experiencia
en desarrollo comercial o gestión de proyectos industriales. - Experiencia en entornos internacionales y equipos multidisciplinares.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Nivel alto de
inglés
(alemán valorable). - Disponibilidad para viajar entre un
20 y un 30% del tiempo
.
