Desde Hays estamos colaborando con un multinacional especializada en
ingeniería, aprovisionamiento y construcción (EPC),
especializada en diseñar y entregar instalaciones de alta tecnología para clientes líderes. Buscamos un
Senior Business Development Manager
para impulsar el desarrollo comercial en España.

Tus responsabilidades principales son:

  • Desarrollo de mercado, captación de nuevos clientes y crecimiento de ventas.
  • Gestión de relaciones con clientes clave y desarrollo de planes estratégicos para cuentas principales.
  • Elaboración de planes tácticos alineados con las estrategias regionales y globales.
  • Identificación de factores diferenciadores para clientes (enfoque, diseño, constructibilidad) y creación de planes de éxito.
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, captación de pedidos y rentabilidad.

Qué necesitarás para encajar en el puesto

  • Español nativo e inglés alto; alemán es un plus.
  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería y más de 5 años de experiencia relevante.
  • Experiencia sólida en desarrollo de negocio y ventas en entornos de
    Ingeniería y/o Construcción
    .
  • Perfil comercial proactivo, con capacidad para abrir nuevas oportunidades.
  • Conocimientos en AutoCAD, BIM y herramientas de modelado.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por Europa (10–20% del tiempo).
