Contribute to the achievement of the company's management goals by securing sales/profits through discovery of business opportunities, customer management, and order-winning activities.Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing Market/Technology Trends: Derive implications with the analyzed content.
  • Analysis of Customers (Industry, Current Issues, Vision, etc.): Analyze the collected client information and derive the business needs of a client.
  • Establishing Business Promotion Strategies: Establish business promotion strategies by market/client.
  • New Services/Products Composition: Develop new use-cases.
  • Contract Sign/Management: Establish a negotiation plan for contract terms and conditions, derive contract terms and conditions that meet our standards, and conduct negotiations with the customer.
  • Customer/Partner Management: Maintain and manage regular communication with the customer's working-level manager, and lead the securing partners required for business.
  • Business Analysis and Sales Strategy Establishment: Analyze the business environment (customers, in-house), determine whether the company can participate in and carry out business, and establish a sales response strategy.
  • Proposal Support (Integrated Offering): Find and use the relevant departments and personnel required for integrated offerings.
  • Bond/Debt Management: Resolve bonds and debts arising from the business process.
  • Business P/L Analysis,: Calculate and analyze sales prime cost, and perform VRB according to the company's process.
  • Product/Service Proposal: Based on knowledge of the products you sell, establish a service proposal plan that meets the needs of the customers.
  • Business Risk (Law/System) management: Possess basic knowledge of laws/systems, and resolve issues through consultation with the legal group when issues arise.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelors' degree, preferably in Logistics and Economics or Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years of relevant – sales – experience for medium and larger (international) customers
  • You are a real 'deal maker' with good sales qualities;
  • Background and experience with operational, pricing, freight forwarding and financial processes
  • A customer centric mindset and experience in driving business development
  • Preferably, you have an affinity with Supply Chain solutions (Order Management & Freight Management) and process optimization
  • Basic knowledge of operational regulatory policies
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or additional European languages
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Cultural awareness
  • A genuine interest in supply chain and logistics
  • Problem solving, communicative, independent, managerial, analytical and you set priorities
