Desde Manpower estamos buscando un/a Account Executive para una compañía tecnológica en plena expansión en España, especializada en soluciones avanzadas para la gestión de activos físicos.
Ubicación: Madrid (modelo híbrido: 3 días oficina / 2 días remoto)
Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 18:00
Qué harás
-Identificar, captar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
-Gestionar todo el ciclo comercial: desde la preventa — demostraciones, diagnóstico de necesidades, propuesta técnica/comercial — hasta el cierre y firma del contrato.
-Acompañar al cliente en la implementación de la solución, coordinando con los equipos técnicos
Qué buscamos:
-Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B de soluciones técnicas o software. Preferiblemente con conocimientos de CMMS / GMAO / gestión de activos físicos.
-Capacidad para entender aspectos técnicos: mantenimiento, facility management, IoT, integración de sistemas. Que puedas traducir necesidades técnicas en propuestas de valor.
-Perfil activo, orientado a resultados, autónomo, con mentalidad "hunter", habilidades de negociación y de gestión de relaciones con stakeholders a alto nivel.
-Orientación al cliente, enfoque consultivo y capacidad para acompañar todo el ciclo de vida del cliente.
-Deseable experiencia con clientes grandes / corporaciones en sectores como telecomunicaciones, retail, energía, banca, industria.
