About the Role & Team

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team, focusing on the Portuguese market. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, driving customer growth through solution-oriented selling and strategic account development.

Our Madrid office brings together 35+ colleagues from the German, French/Benelux, and Spanish sales teams, along with several support roles. In this role, you'll be based in Madrid, working alongside our local sales teams while being part of a small but ambitious Portuguese team of 2 colleagues based in our Aarhus office. You'll also collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales Development, and Product teams, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment and making a real impact for our customers and business.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from self-sourced prospecting through close, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract execution

  • Proactively generate pipeline by independently prospecting new accounts

  • Qualify and prioritize Marketing & SDR sourced opportunities using defined criteria to ensure a healthy, high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue targets

  • Build and manage strong customer relationships with key stakeholders

  • Work in close collaboration in pre- and post-sales stages with Customer Success, Sales Development and Product Development teams

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

  • Experienced in managing a sales cycle and engaging with stakeholders from the Portuguese market

  • Proven ownership of the full sales process, including self-sourced prospecting

  • Native fluency in Portuguese and professional fluency in English

Practicalities

  • Salary: We have six defined salary levels within this role, designed to ensure fair and consistent progression as your skills and responsibilities grow. The annual base salary for this role ranges from €30.600 to €54.000, depending on experience and alignment with our structured sales framework. In addition, we offer uncapped commission.

  • Office location: Maria de Molina 39, Madrid

  • Working hours: 40 hours a week onsite, with one day working from home
