I'm currently supporting a fast-growing European
fintech
company that's transforming
account-to-account payments
across the continent. They've seen impressive growth over the past year and are now looking for a
driven Account Executive
to join their team in
Madrid
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with
1–2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
(ideally in tech or payments) who's ready to take the next step in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Heads of Payments)
Deeply understand the product and clearly communicate its value
Maintain a healthy, organised pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
Identify new opportunities through market research and networking
What They're Looking For:
1–2 years of outbound or full-cycle sales experience (tech/fintech a plus)
Fluent Spanish & fluent English
Strong communicator, confident negotiator, and self-starter
Curious, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets
Bonus Points For:
Experience in finance, business, or startups
Additional languages
Entrepreneurial mindset
