Tu misión

Como
Business Development Manager
, serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de Hotta identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio, desarrollando relaciones estratégicas y cerrando acuerdos comerciales clave.ç

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio (B2B y B2G).
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta: prospección, propuesta, negociación y cierre.
  • Trabajar con clientes industriales, sector terciario, real estate, energía y partners tecnológicos.
  • Analizar el mercado, competencia y modelos de negocio innovadores.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos técnico y de producto para adaptar soluciones a cada cliente.
  • Representar a Hotta en eventos, ferias y reuniones estratégicas.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en desarrollo de negocio, ventas B2B o consultoría estratégica.
  • Valorable experiencia en energía, eficiencia energética, tecnología, data centers o infraestructuras.
  • Capacidad para entender soluciones técnicas complejas y traducirlas en valor de negocio.
  • Perfil autónomo, proactivo y orientado a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Español fluido; inglés profesional imprescindible.
