Job Title: Sales Manager – Energy Industry

About the Role

The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the energy sector, focusing on driving growth, building client relationships, and expanding market presence. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with at least three years of experience in energy sales or business development who is ready to take on a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals

Lead and support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the energy industry

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Knowledge of energy markets, renewable technologies, and sustainability trends

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

Experience in renewable energy, power systems, or energy efficiency solutions
