Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Valencia, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Sales Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new sales leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing customized proposals to meet client needs. Responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, forecasting sales, contributing to market analysis, and driving revenue growth. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver tailored client solutions within the energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong understanding of Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Team Collaboration, Strategic Thinking, and Problem-Solving
  • Experience in the energy sector, particularly renewable energy or oil & gas, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; an MBA is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are advantageous
