Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Valencia for a Business Development and Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily business development and operational tasks to ensure organizational efficiency and growth. Responsibilities include executing strategic plans, managing business operations, identifying business opportunities, leading sales efforts, and maintaining budgets. The role also involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders and providing regular progress reports to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience e in business development / sales
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources effectively
- Proven track record in Sales and identifying new business growth opportunities
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including process improvement and project management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver results under deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred, specially in sports management)
- Familiarity with technology and innovation ecosystems is a plus
