Salary: 25,330 Gross/Year + up to €4,470 Bonus

THE ROLE

Are you ready to trade the Norwegian winter for the Mediterranean sun? We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Ad Sales Account Executive to join our multicultural hub in Barcelona. This hybrid role combines Business Development, Full-Cycle Sales, and Account Management. You will help Norwegian brands grow by leveraging industry-leading digital advertising solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development: Lead outbound strategies to acquire new Norwegian clients through high-quality outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).

Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and create tailored, data-driven pitches for key decision-makers.
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the journey from lead to "Closed-Won," meeting revenue targets and ensuring a seamless handover.

90-Day Success: Serve as the primary contact during the initial onboarding phase, providing campaign optimization insights.

Nordic Strategy: Use your cultural awareness to build trust and navigate the Norwegian market landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

Language: C2/Native level Norwegian and advanced English.

Experience: 2+ years in sales (SDR/BDR or Account Executive roles).

Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of Google Ads, Social Media, and E-commerce.

Cultural Expertise: Deep knowledge of Norwegian business etiquette and GDPR regulations.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
