En el Centro de Operaciones de RRHH de Meliá en Madrid buscamos a un/a Payroll Coordinator, para unirse a nuestro equipo de RRHH. Será responsable de garantizar la correcta gestión de nóminas y procesos relacionados con los hoteles asignados. Tu rol será clave para asegurar la correcta aplicación de la normativa vigente y la alineación con las políticas corporativas de Meliá Hotels International.
Misión principal:
- Gestionar y tramitar altas, bajas y modificaciones contractuales en el sistema de administración de personal.
- Validar y registrar absentismos, bajas médicas y otras incidencias laborales.
- Colaborar con el área de Relaciones Laborales en procesos de extinción, excedencias y sanciones.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de movimientos en el sistema de nómina (SAP, Meta4 o similar).
- Participar en la mejora continua de procesos administrativos, proponiendo soluciones para optimizar la gestión de nómina.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con los equipos de hotel y el área legal.
- Controlar el coste social de los hoteles asignados.
- Colaborar con el equipo de RRHH en proyectos relacionados con compensación y beneficios.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para consultas internas sobre nómina.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de personal.
- Conocimiento de la normativa laboral española.
- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de personal.
- Nivel medio de inglés.
- Excel avanzado y capacidad analítica.
- Alta capacidad organizativa, atención al detalle y orientación a procesos.
