Interim HR Consultant
About the Role

We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for an
Interim HR Consultant
. As an Interim HR Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and well-functioning HR operation. From day one, you'll be involved in everything from HR administration and onboarding to workplace matters and communication with external partners. You will be part of a small, collaborative HR team and work closely with the company's central functions.

Example Responsibilities

  • Support managers across the organization in HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate with the payroll partner in Spain.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration related to onboarding and recruitment.
  • Support managers in employee rehabilitation and liaise with occupational health services.
  • Maintain and update employee data across several HR systems.
  • Handle collective agreement issues and respond to employee questions regarding benefits, vacation, sick leave, and other employment matters.

Skills & Experience

You have several years of experience in qualified HR administrative work — perhaps from a role as Payroll Administrator, HR Administrator / HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist. You have worked with outsourced payroll providers and have a solid understanding of collective bargaining agreements.

A post-secondary degree in HR or business administration is preferred, but relevant experience is the most important. Experience from larger or international organizations, as well as familiarity with Spanish employment legislation, is highly valued.

You are fluent in
English and Spanish
, both spoken and written.

High integrity and reliability are essential, as the role involves access to sensitive information and insight into many parts of the organization.
