We believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, and simple solutions. How about you? We're looking for a Junior People Coordinator eager to work across the employee lifecycle with HR/people projects and more.

**Would you like to***:

- Handle day-to-day HR-related tasks to make sure our team is supported, both locally and across our European region
- Ensure compliance with local laws and handle a variety of HR administrative tasks
- Liaise with other functions such as finance, payroll, benefits and own key processes
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Manage administration regarding our current team - annual leave, sick leave, payroll, employment records etc.
- Assist with internal communications to the team about important dates or activities
- Formulate methods to improve employment policies and team wellbeing
- Help administrate our global Well-being survey, Peakon
- Schedule people related activities, organise socials and maintain the team calendar
- Assist in ad-hoc people team projects, like collection of employee feedback, improving employee handbooks etc
- Support Regional People Partner with people projects and deliverables in our studios

**We would like you to be***:

- A recent graduate within a related field of study, or someone with a few years of experience in a similar HR/administrative position
- Have a reasonable knowledge of the Spanish employment law and practices
- A strong communicator (verbal and written) - and an even better listener, with a talent for building relationships with your colleagues
- Able to juggle multiple projects at a given time and have strong prioritisation skills
- Able to work proactively and effectively with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
- An EU national, or with a working permit for Spain - this is a must have
- A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive - and the guts - to bring them to life
- Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
- Fluent in Spanish and English - other languages are a bonus
