Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including document processing, filing, and record management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing executives' calendars, and arranging business travel.
- Prepare meeting notices, take minutes, and organize meeting records.
- Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and handle internal and external communications.
- Draft, organize, and proofread administrative documents, notices, and reports.
- Manage office supplies procurement, distribution, and inventory control.
- Support administrative expense reimbursement and basic data tracking.
- Assist with company events, meetings, and general administrative support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or above; major in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or secretarial experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly aware of confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethics.
- Proficient in Spanish and English, both of which can be used as working languages.
- Candidates with a valid driver's license and practical driving experience are preferred.
