Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily administrative tasks, including document processing, filing, and record management.
2. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing executives’ calendars, and arranging business travel.
3. Prepare meeting notices, take minutes, and organize meeting records.
4. Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and handle internal and external communications.
5. Draft, organize, and proofread administrative documents, notices, and reports.
6. Manage office supplies procurement, distribution, and inventory control.
7. Support administrative expense reimbursement and basic data tracking.
8. Assist with company events, meetings, and general administrative support.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above; major in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
2. At least 1 year of relevant administrative or secretarial experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly aware of confidentiality.
6. Professional appearance and strong work ethics.
7. Proficient in Spanish and English, both of which can be used as working languages.
8. Candidates with a valid driver’s license and practical driving experience are preferred.
