AliExpress-Local Logistics Supply Chain Operation-Madrid

- Base on full understanding of platform logistics solutions, introduce solutions and policies to sellers and daily support Q&A through internal category communication, external seller tutorials, webniar, and dedicated KA groups
- For fulfilled by platform orders, monitor the inventory health of turnover, track seller stocking progress to ensure sufficient capacity for warehouse operations and package delivery during daily business and key promotion.
- Weely updates on key logistics pain points/issues, as well as the current status and warnings regarding warehouse fulfillment penetration and inventory levels.
1- 充分了解平台物流解决方案的构成及有关规则,通过内部行业沟通、对外拟定商家教程及宣讲、大客户专项沟通群等方式,完成向商家介绍及日常答疑。
2- 针对平台仓发业务,关注商家库存周转健康情况,在日销及大促期间,跟进商家备货进度,确保库内操作及包裹派送的运力准备充足。
3- 以周为单位,向行业同步物流核心痛点/问题进展,及仓发渗透、库存的现状及预警
Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: English(necessary), Chinese(necessary),Spanish(nice to have)
- Work Experience: B2C e-commerce, supply chain-related over 2 years
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Self-motivated, collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented
- Base Madrid or Hangzhou
