Asegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación.# Handle daily administrative tasks, including document processing, filing, and record management. # Assist in scheduling meetings, managing executives’ calendars, and arranging business travel. # Prepare meeting notices, take minutes, and organize meeting records. # Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and handle internal and external communications. # Draft, organize, and proofread administrative documents, notices, and reports. # Manage office supplies procurement, distribution, and inventory control. # Support administrative expense reimbursement and basic data tracking. # Assist with company events, meetings, and general administrative support. # Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements: # Associate degree or above; major in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. # At least 1 year of relevant administrative or secretarial experience; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome. # Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). # Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. # Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly aware of confidentiality. # Professional appearance and strong work ethics. # Proficient in Spanish and English, both of which can be used as working languages. xsgfvud # Candidates with a valid driver’s license and practical driving experience are preferred.
