Job Description - Support BD Team
Opportunity to join the Business Development team at CBRE Project Management. Flexibility to work between the Madrid and Barcelona offices needed, supporting and reporting to the Business Development Director, the candidate will be managing the sourcing, qualification and preparation of proposals across sectors: Office, Hotel, Residential, I&l, Retail, Alternative… Mainly orientated to Real Estate investors with a strong international angle. Experience with investors and developers as mainly clients, is a must.
The candidate must be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and switched on to understand complex opportunities involving different products and services.
Minimun 5 years experience in a similar role.
Responsabilities:
· Support the BDD during the sales process, from lead sourcing trough to negotiation and closing of opportunities.
· Flexibility to work between Madrid and Barcelona offices
·
Knowledge of the Catalonian market will be a plus
· Support in the offers preparation and being able to be the leader of the opportunities generated
· Develop the skills required to successfully manage own sales opportunities from sourcing to closing.
· Develop and build professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.
· Develop and deliver exceptional sales documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.
· Raise the company profile by representing CBRE at industry events, networking events and promoting an image of professionalism at all times.
· Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
· Work closely with the BDD to meet the sales targets agreed.
· Support creation/updates of marketing materials, presentations, ad hoc communications.
· Maintain databases /sales tools updated /sales documents updated
