CRM & Business Support Intern

We're seeking a CRM & Business Support Intern to join our Lodging Business Development Team in the Inventory division in Barcelona (Hybrid) to provide support, build processes. You will be a key player in business initiatives within the Group. We will give you opportunities to rapidly gain visibility and incremental responsibility. What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. The Business Development Salesforce Administrator will focus on improving Salesforce infrastructure and flows to be aligned with business needs to maximise our direct partnerships with hoteliers, using Salesforce as the primary tool. Salesforce is the cloud-based software we use to provide partner relationship management focused on sales, market management, marketing automation, analytics, and application development. :

  • Improve continuously Salesforce infrastructure ensuring all data, content, Salesforce flows, configurations and processes are updated to maximise business opportunities
  • Once salesforce development & enhancements in place, critically analyse business processes and performance recommending initiatives to improve the effectiveness of those processes and initiatives
  • Underpin priority initiatives for Lodging team
  • Build actions and Salesforce flows and processes for the team to prioritise and opportunities based on data
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Training material and documentation writing
  • Internal Salesforce Support Ticket Management

Desired skills & experience:

  • Past Salesforce experience necessary & Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • Efficient hands on attitude to address functional issues
  • Best in class methodology and process driven approach
  • Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with statistics
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and database software.
  • Ability to juggle numerous projects simultaneously, and respond to change priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player, with the highest level of integrity and capability, professionalism.
  • Fluency in English
  • Academic Background preferred
  • Quick learner & curious
