Nos encontramos en la búsqueda una persona para el equipo de Customer Service Online.

La persona que desempeñe el puesto tendrá las siguientes funciones:
Atención al cliente nacional e internacional a través de:

- Atención telefónica, vía mail y chatboot
- Seguimiento del estado de tickets
- Gestión de pedidos y devoluciones
- Gestión y resolución de dudas derivadas de la compra online
- Gestion de incidencias y anulaciones de cobros.
- Coordinación con agencias de transporte
- Coordinación con almacén y departamento financiero

Gestión administrativa de tienda online:

- Alta de producto y coordinación del mismo en web
- Subida de traducciones a la web
- Colaboración en las descripciones de producto

Buscamos una persona organizada, resolutiva y responsable con gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo y de adaptarse a situaciones cambiantes:

- Experiência en atención al cliente
- Experiência en comercio online
- Valorable experiência en CMS como Shopify, Magento o Presthashop
- Capacidad de aprendizaje de nuevas tecnologías y herramientas digitales

**Idiomas**:

- Inglés C1
- Se valorarán otros idiomas
