My client is looking for a talent that is highly motivated to learn skills, develop new technical knowledge on relevant technologies that is willing to continuously gain responsibilities and evolve in a friendly and help full team

- 1st level helpdesk by phone or mail, being the link between IT and Business;
- IT systems monitoring;
- Link with the IT providers;
- Take part on other projects such as System Administration, network, security and more

**Profile**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, an experience in the Finance industry is appreciated;
- Technical knowledge on Microsoft Products: Azure, AD, Exchange; VMWare, EsX and Linux;
- Fluency in French and English are mandatory, Spanish would be a great advantage.
