As one of our IT Helpdesk Specialist (M/F/d) you will be contributing to provide the best experience to your colleagues in terms of support and troubleshooting.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide exceptional 1 and 2 Level IT Helpdesk support to your colleagues, including user support and computer setup (Mac and Windows)
- Maintain our inventory and work on the forecast for our hardware.
- Manage permission in Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and create mailbox accounts.
- Taking responsibility into our on/off boarding requests.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of IT control documentation.
- Be a people-person, nice personality, positive mindset.
- Manage software licenses.

**Your skills**:

- \+3 years experience in IT Helpdesk support.
- You have good experience in solving incidents: equipment, peripherals and their configuration (software, operating system, hardware and network)
- You have relevant experience in GSUITE
- You are also experienced in PC and Mac hardware
- Customer Support/ Customer Success experience. Able to interact constructively, build relationships, sympathize and help end-users.
- You have basic knowledge of networking: setup and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, APs, etc.
- You have good Spanish and English, written and verbally
