- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Rotative Monday - Friday from 11:00 to 20:00 Saturday 08:00 to 18:00- Competitive salary and performance bonus

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As an **Customer Representative **in our team, you will:

- Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding our Client
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Escalate potential service issues
- To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in Polish and English, Spanish is a Plus
- Goal and customer service oriented
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOW
