Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (Slovenian) in Barcelona Position: Customer Service Representative (Slovenian)Location: On-site in BarcelonaEmployment Type: Full-time (38.5h/week) with a Temporary Contract Join our dynamic team in Barcelona as a Customer Service Representative for a prestigious travel company If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and love working in a multicultural environment, this is the role for you. What Youll Do: Engage with international travelers and accommodation suppliers, understanding and addressing their needs with the highest level of service. Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical requirements via email and phone. Ensure smooth communication by providing accurate information and following set processes. Be the go-to problem solver, navigating tricky situations with a positive and motivated mindset. What Were Looking For: Languages: Slovenian (C2) and advanced English. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and PC proficiency (Office 365, CRM Database). Mindset: Solution-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Experience: Prior customer service or contact center experience is valued. Location Flexibility: Ability to work on-site and remotely (within 100km of the office).
